Are these the symptoms of some kinda cancer?

from november 2010 two lumps started growin on my neck....they first got big and then reduced to a small size..they're still there although not noticable, but one can feel them inside the side......Last month i had one lump on my upper lip, it's also not noticable now....also i've been having boils in my ear and they hurt sometimes...i would like to know what could be the causes or what kinda disease i could be suffering from. If it's cancer, can it be cured??? also one thing i wud like to tell that my ear has started paining on different occasions since i was 4 years old.....please help
