Is this normal?.. please can an experianced woman answer please.?

is this normal?.. weell im 13yrs Old.. and my breasts havent been growin for that long, and today i noticed that one of my breasts are soft, and squishy & the other one is quite alot more harder, and not so squshy.. am i normal?
