You definitely need to eat a bit more carbs. If you go on the diet you are wanting to you will have no energy to work out. You could do banana and a bowl of oatmeal, lunch you could do some crackers and half a tuna sandwich on whole weat and portion control on dinner. Definitely throw in some snacks in between meals, 2 rice crackers, a bowl of fruit, or a bowl of veggies. Good Luck! Don't starve yourself or you will be miserable!
