Late ovuation on clomid?

i am currently on clomid taking it days 5-9 im on my second cycle i finished it on jan.29 since i have been on clomid i have had no follow ups but tomorrow is feb.17,11 i go yo he dr tommorrow foe a follow cause i have been having slight pain in my ovaries in the drs wanna run a ultra sound to see what they can see and catch the cyst before it start growin if there is one. but on cycle day 17 i have had sore breast and on cycle day 26(feb.15) it slightly disappeared but still there i went to bed and got up with sore nipples and sore boobs but not as sore as on cylce day 17-25. i had been having unprotected sex with my hubby on th days i was suppose to ovulation after taking clomid which was suppose to be on between feb,3-8. i have been charting my temperature and saw a rise on cycle day 17 which made me bekieve i did ovulate between feb,3-8 but i saw no stretchy cm on them days but duing a bowel movement i did experience it and it is cd 27 slighty stretchy. can any one tell me whats going on? what are my chances of getting pregnant because of me ovulating late? and why did my boobs hurt so early into my cycle on cd17 if i ovulated on cd27? plz help me oh and i tok a pregnancy test yesterday and it was neg. and i have been naturally trying for 3yrs with out and medication.
