Is my metabolism affected by this?
for the last 6 years i havent ate breakfast or lunch...my first meal is at 5-6pm everyday and maybe a slice of toast or a few crackers before i go to bed...i dont feel hungry during the day at all...my weight has been the same for the last two years...now im trying to get rid of the weight i have around my top as it has always been there...what exercises can i do to get rid of this...btw everytime i eat something before 4-5pm i dont feel well and i always feel sluggish too...is this habit of eating going to help me or damage me in the long term
