Help me identify this cichlid..Video Included..10 points reward :)?

The two colors, cream and brown, the face and the body shape, and the growth rate all point to a Nimbochromis species. The pattern does not quite fit any one Nimbochromis species so it may be either an unusual individual, or a hybrid. N. livingstonii could be either the species of this fish or the most obvious parent species in a cross.
