I am wanting a book on growin up...?

Not like from kid to teenager but from teen to adult. I'm looking to move out within the next year... But I probably won't have support from my parents. I don't know how to do a lot of stuff with finances and just living on my own in general. I was wondering if anyone knew of a book that would help me making that transition. Unless you have been raised to move out, I don't know many teenagers that can live on their own. Any advice on a boom to read that could help me?(:
