I losing my hair..i run my fingers thru my head am iIhave five or more hairs each time?

I starte sg to grow my hair out an I started to have this issue...i mever had this when I had it short an hair looks lije wit healthy roots..can it be cause I growin out my hair...i only 22m an only have reclining hair line issue in family no hair lose..help
