Title of a movie about a group of young people who are on ocean on a hugh boat one of the guys claims to own.?

I think Melissa Joan Hart is in it and one couple has an infant. They decide to dive in to swim but forget to let the hatch down so they will have steps to get back onto the boat. They are all left stranded in the ocean holding onto the side of this boat but can't get back on. The infant left inside the interier part of the boat will cry every so often but they can't get to it. Finally the guy reveals he didn't know to let the hatch down and it turns into a game of survival. Anyone know the title of this movie?
