Want to know if im pregnant?

I haven't been pregnant in 8years. I clamped my tubes when I had my son. I just got married in march and I took a pregnancy test in march it came out negative. In april 1st I got my period but it wasn't normal I just spotted on my pad. Been having symptoms breast are tenders, lower back hurts, been having mild heachache, nuasua, lost of appetite, frequent bathroom runs, and exhausted and for the last few days my appetite is growin but still tired. Haven't receive my period yet and scared to take the test just incase its to early. Plus I don't want to get my hope to high cause my tubes was clamped 7years ago
