How do i ask my mom if i can were makeup?

my mom is uncompertable with me growin up but i wanna wear makeup. its not cuz my friends do. it just thati feel mature enough and i feel like im kinda ugly without it. sneakin it i dont think is a good idea and theres no way i could do it even if i wanted to. please please help
