My baby budgie is a different color than spouse?

the dad and mom mated and had him and the color of dad is a yellish green very pretty and the female is solid yellow and the babay is growin up and his feathers are coming out white and blue /im not talking about the white fuzz im talking about feathers coming out of the little sticks on him so plz answer y is he this collor is it gonna change
