Please help? i think im in love? but idk what to do?

Ok so i think im in love with this guy, he is my exes cousin and they were likke best friends, then the one i think i love (Jackson) got arrested (violating probation, probation for possesion) and my ex and him ended up growin appart or whatever. but yea me and him started talking and he helped me through depression when me and my ex brokke up and he gave me likke pothead lessons lol likke watchin out for me and stuff. and me and him are supposed to fuckkkkkk likke hook up in his shed or w.e but i think i love him. so should i tell him before we do it? or what?
